Do you offer any discounts?

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, KYIR only ships to Canada with a flat fee $19.95 USD shipping fee for economy. Please expect 8-10 business days to receive your order. Please note, Canada orders may be subject to custom & duties fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

What is your return policy?

Our top priority is delivering top-notch products to our valued customers. However, we understand that there may be occasions when a return is necessary. If you find yourself needing to return a product, please adhere to the following guidelines: returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt for a refund, and the merchandise must remain in its original, unopened, or gently used condition. We do not refund original shipping costs, and you'll be responsible for return shipping and handling charges. Remember to indicate the reason for your return on the receipt or packing slip and keep a record of your tracking number. All returns will be credited to the original credit card used for purchase and processed within 1-2 weeks of receipt. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to reflect on your statement.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Order processing time is typically 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed, shipping timeframes will depend on the type of shipping method you have selected. Free Economy Shipping will vary between 5-8 business days. Standard Shipping across the continental United States vary between 3-5 business days. Express Shipping timeframes vary between 2-3 business days. Please note, all orders over $89 will receive free economy shipping.

Can I expedite my order?

We love your enthusiasm and want to get our products to you as quickly as possible! Although we do not offer expedited order processing, express shipping options are available at checkout for your convenience. Please note that shipping options may change from time to time.

How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email confirmation from KYIR Fuller Hair immediately after your order is received and another email when your order ships (be sure to check your spam folder). Follow the tracking link in the shipping email for the most up-to-date delivery status.

If the tracking progress has not changed for 5 days or if your order is missing, please send an email to customerservice@lovekyir.com or reach out via Instagram chat at @lovekyir.
