Do you ship internationally?

International Shipping Policy

At KYIR, we are happy to offer international shipping to qualifying countries. Please review our international shipping policy below to understand how shipping works for your location.

Shipping to Canada (DDU - Delivered Duty Unpaid)

For Canadian customers, all shipments are made under the DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. This means that KYIR will cover the cost of shipping the product to your address; however, the responsibility for paying any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the Canadian government is on the customer.

These additional charges may be due at the time of delivery and will be billed directly to you by the carrier or relevant government authority. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate of these additional fees before placing your order.

Shipping to Other International Locations

For all other international orders outside of Canada, the following terms apply:

  1. Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected delivery method.
  2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For international orders, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may arise once the shipment reaches your country. These fees are not included in the price of the product or shipping costs at checkout and will be due at the time of delivery.
  3. Shipping Carriers: We use trusted international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and others to deliver your order. The carrier may require payment of any duties, taxes, or fees on delivery, depending on your country’s regulations.
  4. Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary based on the destination. Orders generally take between 7-21 business days to arrive, depending on the shipping method and customs clearance. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays or other factors outside of our control.

Important Notes:

Incorrect Shipping Information: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure there are no delays. Lovekyir.com is not responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect address details.

Unclaimed Shipments: If a shipment is returned to us due to the customer not paying necessary customs fees or failing to claim the shipment, we may issue a refund minus shipping costs and any fees incurred by the return.

Shipments refused at delivery will only be refunded if and when the carrier successfully returns the package to KYIR, and KYIR is not responsible for lost returns or refused deliveries.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

At this time, KYIR only ships to Canada with a flat fee $19.95 USD shipping fee for economy. Please expect 8-10 business days to receive your order. Please note, Canada orders may be subject to custom & duties fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I expedite my order?

We love your enthusiasm and want to get our products to you as quickly as possible! Although we do not offer expedited order processing, express shipping options are available at checkout for your convenience. Please note that shipping options may change from time to time.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order is placed we are unable to cancel or modify your order while in fulfillment or in transit. Please review the items in your cart and your entered shipping address carefully ahead of placing your online order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Order processing time is typically 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed, shipping timeframes will depend on the type of shipping method you have selected. Free Economy Shipping will vary between 5-8 business days. Standard Shipping across the continental United States vary between 3-5 business days. Express Shipping timeframes vary between 2-3 business days. Please note, all orders over $99 will receive free economy shipping.

PREORDERS

Items purchased in pre-sale, as noted on the site and on your order's confirmation, will ship in full on or around the date noted at purchase. If there is a change to the timeline the customer will be appropriately notified via email.

How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email confirmation from KYIR Fuller Hair immediately after your order is received and another email when your order ships (be sure to check your spam folder). Follow the tracking link in the shipping email for the most up-to-date delivery status.

If the tracking progress has not changed for 5 days or if your order is missing, please send an email to support@lovekyir.com or reach out via Instagram chat at @lovekyir.

What is your return policy?

Return Policy 

At KYIR, every detail of your experience is designed to feel considered, seamless, and  aligned with the standard of your routine. Below you’ll find our return, guarantee, and  final sale policies for purchases made directly through lovekyir.com. 

Standard Returns 

We accept returns of eligible, non-ingestible products purchased on lovekyir.com within  14 days of delivery. 

To be eligible, items must be returned in new and unused condition, with original  packaging whenever possible. 

To initiate a return, customers may contact our Client Care team at  support@lovekyir.com with their order number and the item(s) they wish to return. Once  reviewed and approved, detailed return instructions will be provided. 

Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment once returned items  have been received and inspected. 

Please note: 

● Original shipping charges are non-refundable 

● A $4.95 handling fee applies to all approved returns

● Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

● We do not offer exchanges at this time 

The Fuller 90-Day Growth Guarantee 

Hair growth takes consistency, and Fuller Active Hair Serum was designed with that  journey in mind. To support that commitment, Fuller is backed by our 90-Day Growth  Guarantee. 

If, after using three (3) bottles of Fuller consistently for 90 days as directed, a customer  is not satisfied with their experience, they may be eligible to submit a claim for review. 

To qualify for the 90-Day Growth Guarantee: 

● Fuller must be used twice daily for at least 90 consecutive days, as directed

● Customers must take and retain monthly progress photos throughout the full 90- day period 

● Claims must be submitted within 90 days of delivery

● Any remaining product, bottles, and original packaging must be retained and  returned as part of the review process 

If a claim is approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment, less  any original shipping charges and the $4.95 handling fee. Return shipping costs remain  the responsibility of the customer at this time. 

Please note: 

● Products, bottles, or packaging that have been discarded are not eligible for  refund under this guarantee 

● Failure to provide sufficient documentation or required materials may result in the  claim being denied 

Healthier Supplement Returns 

Due to the nature of ingestible products, Healthier is not eligible for return or refund. Final Sale & Third-Party Purchases 

The following items are not eligible for return or refund through KYIR:

● Final sale items 

● Promotional items marked as non-returnable 

● Products purchased through authorized third-party retailers or marketplaces

For purchases made through a retail partner, customers must contact the original place  of purchase directly for assistance. 

KYIR reserves the right to deny returns, refunds, or guarantee claims  that do not meet the requirements outlined above. 

My package is marked as delivered by the carrier, where is it?

KYIR is not responsible for packages lost in transit due to incorrect address information, theft, or the actions of the USPS, UPS, FedEX, DHL, or any additional carriers.

Shipments refused at delivery will only be refunded if and when the carrier successfully returns the package to KYIR, and KYIR is not responsible for lost returns or refused deliveries.

My package has been returned to you what's next?

Please contact support@lovekyir.com to correct your address for shipping. Please note additional shipping and handling fees may apply for reshipments due to incorrect address information.

Is KYIR safe to use during pregnancy and while breastfeeding?

KYIR's products are all natural, non-toxic, clinically formulated, and contain certified organic ingredients where available.

We offer a full ingredient list on our website and product packaging, and encourage you to share this list with your medical team for best clarity surrounding your health plan.
