International Shipping Policy
At KYIR, we are happy to offer international shipping to qualifying countries. Please review our international shipping policy below to understand how shipping works for your location.
Shipping to Canada (DDU - Delivered Duty Unpaid)
For Canadian customers, all shipments are made under the DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. This means that KYIR will cover the cost of shipping the product to your address; however, the responsibility for paying any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the Canadian government is on the customer.
These additional charges may be due at the time of delivery and will be billed directly to you by the carrier or relevant government authority. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate of these additional fees before placing your order.
Shipping to Other International Locations
For all other international orders outside of Canada, the following terms apply:
- Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected delivery method.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For international orders, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may arise once the shipment reaches your country. These fees are not included in the price of the product or shipping costs at checkout and will be due at the time of delivery.
- Shipping Carriers: We use trusted international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and others to deliver your order. The carrier may require payment of any duties, taxes, or fees on delivery, depending on your country’s regulations.
- Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary based on the destination. Orders generally take between 7-21 business days to arrive, depending on the shipping method and customs clearance. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays or other factors outside of our control.
Important Notes:
Incorrect Shipping Information: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure there are no delays. Lovekyir.com is not responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect address details.
Unclaimed Shipments: If a shipment is returned to us due to the customer not paying necessary customs fees or failing to claim the shipment, we may issue a refund minus shipping costs and any fees incurred by the return.
Shipments refused at delivery will only be refunded if and when the carrier successfully returns the package to KYIR, and KYIR is not responsible for lost returns or refused deliveries.
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
